John has been at the top of the jazz and contemporary guitar world for 25 years. He has played in the legendary jazz-fusion group Soft Machine and in Stephane Grappelli’s Quartet. He has had long-standing musical relationships with Nigel Kennedy, Andy Summers and, most recently, John Williams (having just returned from a duo tour of the USA including a sold-out concert at the Carnegie Hall recital room).
John’s skill and virtuosity has become legendary in the jazz world and he performs regularly all around the globe. His Hot Club recordings for Audio Network have been particularly successful and have been used in international film and television productions.
